Dan Dolan
Director of Soccer Operations

  Top Level Soccer was founded by Dan Dolan in March of 2005.  His goal is to help develop and correct the player's soccer technique in a small setting and apply them to game situations.  Dan currently has his National "C" License and National Youth License from U.S. Soccer Federation.  The National and Advanced National Diploma from NSCAA,  the English FA Psychology for Soccer - Level 1 and NYSW Intermediate certificate.  He's been training individuals and teams throughout the Western New York area for the past twelve years using outdoor and indoor facilities such as SportsPlex and Top Level.  
  Currently he's the woman's head coach at Division 2, Daemen College.  In 2008 he was the head woman's assistant at Division 1, Niagara University and helped lead them to a 12-6-1 record.  The previous six years he head coached the boy’s varsity soccer team at Cardinal O'Hara High School.  He also coached the girl’s varsity team in 2004.  In 2003 and 2004 he helped coach both the boys and girls teams at the WNY Exceptional Senior Games.  He also spent a year as the Director of Coaching at Lancaster Depew Soccer Club in 2007.  Dan started out head coaching at Northtowns Soccer Club from 1999 to 2006.  In 2005 he led his Northtowns United boy’s team to a 2005 National Indoor Soccer Championship in Detroit, MI.  The past five years he's been at the premier club Empire USA Buffalo where he head coaches the Under 15 girl’s team and the Young Guns under 8 programs.  He is also on the ODP Academy staff.
  Dan won a state cup as a youth player, played four years of varsity soccer at North Tonawanda High School where he captained, and continued his playing career at Niagara Community College for two years where he captained as well.  He currently plays Amateur soccer on the side.


 

Steve Malaney

Steve was a 4-time All-NFL High School player and continued his play at Hiram College in Ohio. Steve started coaching youth soccer with the Niagara PAL Soccer Club.  He has coached high school at Holy Angels, Niagara Catholic, and North Tonawanda.  In 2007 Steve was on the Woman's staff at Buffalo State College.  Steve is also in his second year on the Olympic Development Program staff (ODP).  He spent the last year with New York Red Bull training youth teams.  He has experience training teams, players, and goalies for over five years.  Steve currently possesses his USSF National "C" License.

 

 

 

Karen Kubiak

Instructional Program Head Trainer

 

Karen has been working with children ages 3 to 6 years old for the past five years using age specific activities and games.  She's managed a soccer program for a local private elementary school for several years and coached in the Town of Tonawanda recreational program at the U6 to U10 age levels.  She has been at Top Level heading the Instructional program for two years now.  Karen has her AAS degree in Early Childhood Education and currently holds her USSF E-License.  

 

 

Rob Jackman

Field Trainer

 

Rob was raised and resides in the village of Depew, where he played four years of varsity soccer and finished as team captain. Rob has been involved with both the boys and girls at Depew High school for the past 5 years, and is currently the JV girls coach. For 2009/10, Rob will be the U12G head coach at Empire United Soccer Academies of Buffalo and an assistant coach with the New York State West - Olympic Development Program for the second year in a row.  Rob holds both the National "C" and National Youth licenses through USSF.

Top Level Soccer is staffed by local coaches who have a passion in helping others with the Beautiful game!
