2018 World Cup Popular Boots

adidas Predator 18+

adidas predator 18
We have been referring to these as the triple Ps for a while thanks to Paul Pogba, the adidas Predator has become a staple on every pitch across the world as one of the most popular boots. We just hope that some of the players can play with as much flash as the bright yellow Predators running around this year’s World Cup.

Magista Obra II Elite

Nike Magista Obra II Elite
You’ll see one of our favorite players, Andres Iniesta, sporting Nike Magista Obra II Elite in his last World Cup with Spain. Will this be his last World Cup? Sadly yes, and we will enjoy every minute that he is on the pitch with Spain in Russia.

Puma One 1 Illuminate

The most interesting and possibly confusing thing about the Puma One 1 Illuminate is that we have tried them on and they are unbelievably comfortable. The evoKnit tech is on a whole other planet and we just cannot understand why more players aren’t repping Puma for the World Cup. You’ll catch a select few that know what is going on like Aguero and Romelu Lukaku, but the other guys are simply missing out.

Nike Mercurial Superfly 360

The always popular Nike Mercurial is prominent amongst players in this year’s 2018 World Cup in Russia. You can see plenty of players sporting the boots in all three of Nike’s colorways. The usual suspects, Ronaldo, Eden Hazard, and Neymar all stay loyal to their favorite Mercurial series while representing their respective countries in this year’s WC.

adidas X18+

adidas x18
We saved the best for last, or most popular, as you will see more players rocking the X18+ than any other boot this World Cup. Why? We don’t exactly know but what we do know is that adidas is looking to make a bid at getting back their share of the international soccer market. Top players like Mo Salah, Luis Suarez, David De Gea and more will be repping adidas in full with X18+ on their feet.
